How are you different from the regular building contractors?

While our technical capabilities are comparable to other good builders & architects, we have a very different approach to managing your project.
1. We have a strong project-management approach. Our tools and App will make it easy for you track project progress and be in control of your project all the time.
2. Our direct-to-source costing model can save you money on your total project costs. We will prove this to you before the start of the project.
3. We welcome you to see our previous projects and speak directly with our prior clients.
4. We are using technology in a disruptive way to offer huge convenience to our customers through our mobile App (Android, iOS). More details below.

How does your App make the construction process predictable and hassle-free?

We have an App (Android, iOS) with the following features:
1. We upload actual site pictures regularly in our App so you know exactly how much work is completed. We have plans to install CCTV cameras onsite so you can see live footage of your site 24×7 through our App.
2. Our App comes with a simple project management dashboard where you can see our current deliverables, deadlines, and a Red/Green flag indicating the status. We will proactively update the status weekly.
3. In the App you can view your entire payment history, next payment due, and make payments through our secure payment gateway.
4. You can upload all project related documents into the cloud through our App and download them anywhere. You can upload photos and show it to your friends anytime, anywhere.

Our Process

I am very uncomfortable relying on an unknown builder for such a huge-ticket item. Why should I trust you?

 We realize the construction industry still runs on personal connections, which unfortunately means you have access to only a few builders who have built homes for your friends and family. To win your trust we have done the following:
1. You can browse through real photos of actual work done by us on our website.
2. We strongly urge you to speak to our prior clients before you sign up with us. These clients are usually from your industry and your age group. Very few builders allow this.
3. The fact that most of our clients are willing to speak to unknown people tells you the kind of relationship we have with past clients.
4. We will keep you involved in the process at every step through our App, leaving little room for surprises.

I am worried that you will overcharge me or use lower grade material. How will I ever know?

We will accompany you when you are shopping, so we can guide your selection. We will ask the shop to pass on our special discounted rates to you. You can compare these quotes with other builders and immediately see that you are saving 15-25% on material cost. In fact, you can pay the shop directly. So clearly, we don’t make a cut. Very few builders do this.

I can’t be physically onsite on weekdays. How can I ensure my material doesn’t get stolen on site?

We are coming up with a CCTV monitoring system where you can view your site remotely 24×7 through our app.

Home construction projects always get delayed. How do I make sure the work is running on schedule?

It is difficult to keep track of Payments for long duration projects. How can you make it easier?

In our App you can view your entire payment history, next payment due, and make payments through our secure payment gateway. Only the payments you choose to track will get uploaded on our app.

There are so many documents I need to carry around. I may misplace them. How can you help?

You can upload all project related documents into the cloud through our App and download them anytime, anywhere. You can upload photos and show it to your friends anytime.

What happens after I place an enquiry on your site?

You can place an enquiry online or call us at 8088 200 300. Once we receive your request we will call you to understand your requirement. Depending on your requirement, our senior engineer or architect will contact you and meet you face-to-face to understand details and explain how we work. If you want to proceed we show you our previous projects and you can speak to our previous clients.

Payment and Pricing

How can you save me up to 10-15% on my overall cost? That’s a lot!

Construction & Renovation project pricing is very complicated. The customer has a lot of levers to reduce overall cost which he/she isn’t aware of. We make the entire process transparent to the customer and help him/her save a lot of money. Give us a call and we can explain this in detail.

Do I pay CustomSpaces for the entire project, including material & labour? When & how do I make payments?

In the spirit of complete pricing transparency, we are ok for you to pay directly to the material vendor and to our labour contractor. That way you are convinced that CustomSpaces is not making a cut in these transactions. In addition, you have to pay CustomSpaces a project fee for managing the entire construction project for you.
